Rev. Dr. A Hales is a senior Minister at Victory Bible Church, A Lecturer at Faith Bible college and  a Vice President of  the International Association of Faith Ministries, IAFM.He has also been a Area Director for the International convention of Faith Ministries, ICFM, Which he terminated when he joined the IAFM.
